Coaching for Youth and Children’s Ministry Leaders

One on one coaching is for everyone!

You don’t need to be in a time of crisis to benefit from coaching, although coaching is very helpful in crisis. Coaching helps us to achieve our dreams, process our place in life and ministry, overcome obstacles and work through problems. This is needed for youth workers now more than ever.

The Pacific Northwest Conference desires to support youth and children’s ministry leaders workers and is providing this as a FREE resource to youth workers. There is no cost for participation.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a method designed to guide an individual through a process from where they are currently to where they want to be. This can take several forms including:

  • Professional Coaching – Unlock your ministry potential
  • Advising – Guidance in specific ministry areas and topics
  • Life Coaching – Personal growth beyond ministry
  • Mentoring – Growing as a leader under the guidance of another

Coaching Sessions

  • One hour sessions
  • In person or over video chat
  • 6-8 meetings
  • Number, frequency and location for sessions will be agreed upon by the coach and coachee at the first meeting.
