PacNWC Church Chair Orientation

Offered 1 – 2 times a year on Zoom. This orientation is for new chairs/leaders to learn about the PacNWC and their roles on the team. Topics include:

Who is the Conference and ECC and how do we all relate?
Leadership team roles and responsibilities.
Why Church Bylaws and Systems are your friends.
What a church/conference annual rhythm looks like.
How to care for your pastor(s) and the top 5 questions conference staff gets asked.
