BECOME A PART OF OUR NETWORK

Trained Spiritual Directors or those in training are invited to explore membership in the Pacific Northwest Conference Spiritual Directors Network by attending one of our retreats, submitting an application, and engaging in an interview process.  Retreats offer an opportunity to get to know the Network of spiritual directors and receive continuing education.  Discernment of membership is mutual between the applicant and the Network Steering Committee.

PROCESS IN BRIEF

1) Attend a retreat as a guest of the PacNWC Spiritual Directors Network.

2) Complete an application.

3) The PacNWC Spiritual Directors Network Steering Committee reviews applications, interviews applicants, and makes final decisions regarding membership.

4) Members of the Network commit to offering spiritual direction to two clergy or spouses for 10 sessions at no cost. They also volunteer as directors for various PacNWC events. In gratitude, the PacNWC and Ministerial Association underwrite an annual fall retreat/continuing education opportunity.

To remain in Good Standing, a renewal form needs to be completed each Fall to remain current for the upcoming year. Email sdn@pacnwc.org to get a link to the fill-able form.
