Asian Fusion Foodie Fest
Do you enjoy cooking?
Eating?
Socializing around food?
Want to learn to cook some new recipes?
Join us for an overnight retreat where we will teach you how to cook a few Pan-Asian (and other) recipes, enjoy eating the food we cook together, and fellowship together around the table. We’ll send you home with some new recipes to try out with your friends and family.

3:00pm Sunday 5/5 to 3:00pm Monday 5/6
WHERE: Cascades Camp & Conference Center
COST:
$50 registration: includes lodging, 3 meals, snacks, and an amazingly fun experience!
Registration:
- Open to active credentialed clergy and non-credentialed ministry staff
- Spouses are welcome.
- Scholarships are available upon request.
- Limited Space: Maximum of 10 spots!
- Register by April 28, 2024

The Asian Fusion Foodie Fest is going Global this year!
Learn how to make Chirashizushi (“Scattered Sushi”) or Chirashi Bowls.
Cure your own salmon to makeLox & Bagels.
Make homemade Salsa to go with Chilaquiles (Mexican tortillas and eggs).
And top it all off withKalua Pork, Fried Rice & Hawaiian Mac Salad.
WHAT TO BRING?
- Bedding/Sleeping Bag, Pillows, Bath Towels, Soap, & Shampoo
- A journal and pen if you want to take notes
- A favorite recipe you’d like to share!

Two of the greatest challenges to long-term ministry health and sustainability are stagnation and isolation. The PacNWC Ministerial Association is committed to creating opportunities to encourage greater connection and friendship among our clergy community.
