PacNWC Church Chair/Leader Orientation (Zoom)

Are you a new church chair?
Or have new leaders recently been voted onto your Leadership Team, Council, or Board?
Assoc. Supt. Dawn Taloyo is offering an online orientation for new leaders. This is different than the ECC Church Chair Training – with different topics covered. Both are valuable.
Orientation Topics:
– Who is the “Conference” and “ECC” and how do we all relate?
– Leadership team roles and responsibilities
– Why church bylaws and systems are your friends
– What a church/conference annual rhythm looks like
– How to care for your pastor(s) and the top 5 questions we get asked
– “Handling Hot Potatoes: Understanding anxiety and triangles in the system”
