These trainings are designed for pastors, staff, t treasurers, and church leadership.

  • Best practices to communicate the financial reports to leadership and the congregation

Capin Crouse is a national, full-service CPA firm based in Indianapolis, IN that has served mission-focused not-for-profit organizations, churches and denominations, and higher education institutions since 1972. Stan’s professional experience includes over 30 years in ministry operations, public accounting, government
accounting, and missions. He provides strategic leadership of the firm’s professional advisory and consulting services and serves as National Director of Church Denominational Services.

National Covenant Properties has been serving member churches of the Evangelical Covenant Church since 1970 to provide loans for new church construction, building acquisitions, and church additions. Currently, NCP has over $260 million in loans to more than 300 Covenant projects. Funds for these loans are obtained from NCP’s sale of investment certificates.

Peter brings 30 years of banking experience to his role as NCP President, primarily from his time with USBank where he most recently served as regional president in northeastern Minnesota. His extensive background in commercial and real estate lending and in the financial services industry is valuable as he leads the ministry efforts of NCP. Peter joined NCP in 2015 as the EVP/CFO where he was responsible for the financial aspects of NCP. He is a graduate of Bethel University, St. Paul, MN, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He received a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. Peter also is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, University of Washington in Seattle.

Rollie has over 30 years of real estate and loan experience. He has been working with churches in the Pacific Southwest, Pacific Northwest and the Northwest Conferences, as well as the Covenant Churches of Canada to help them make the right decisions as it relates to real estate matters, property acquisitions, and church building projects since he joined NCP in 2007. He previously served as a mortgage underwriter and transaction manager at GMAC-Residential Funding Corp and as a real estate loan officer at Corus Bancorp in Chicago. Rollie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from North Park University.
