Join youth ministry veterans for critical conversations around connecting Confirmation to the life of a church. Together we will be exploring strategies and practices for Confirmation geared toward churches, especially church plants, who are looking to start or reboot a confirmation program.

1) History & Value of Confirmation (10 minutes)
2) What are those looking to start looking to gain? (15 minutes)
3) Veteran Panel shares: (45 minutes)
– Ages (grades) and span of Confirmation program
– Confirmation curriculum/format for gatherings
– Extra-curriculum components
– Expected results
– Impact of Confirmation on the life of the church
4) Panel breakout coaching (30-50 minutes)
