Leslie McAuley has been in citywide ministry for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communications. When she came to Spokane in 1991, she worked for Social Security Administration for 25 years. For eight years during her work career, she was bi-vocational as she co-pastored Antioch Church. Leslie returned to school at Whitworth University and completed her Master’s in Theology degree in May 2018. She has spent the last two years pursuing the ministry of reconciliation and has been in various reconciliation initiatives about which she is passionate. Leslie’s interests include developing communities that openly communicate about race, denomination, social-economic, gender, and generational issues. Leslie is married, and has four daughters and two grandchildren.

Abigail Sandrigo has been a minister for over 20 years, wife, and mother to three children. At the early age of 21 years old she went into the field as a church planter in the northwest region of Argentina, where she worked for 4 years. She was a part of church leadership in Los Angeles at Eagle Rock Covenant Church for 13 years. In 2018, Abigail and her family moved from Los Angeles to Seattle Washington, and began attending Iglesia Latinoamericana. Since 2019 Abigail has served as the President of the Latino Women of the PacNWC, and in February 2022 both Abigail and her husband Gustavo were called to serve as Associate Pastors at Iglesia Latinoamericana in Bellevue, WA.

Sally Carlson serves as associate pastor at Shoreline Covenant Church in Shoreline, WA. Originally from Minnesota, Sally moved to the Pacific Northwest in the fall of 2019 after serving in the Canada Covenant for over 10 years. Despite having spent the majority of her time in WA during the pandemic, it hasn’t stopped her from enjoying her favorite things – long walks on trails, country roads, and urban sidewalks, enjoying coffee and laughs with friends (virtually and in-person!), meeting new people, and is super excited to be able to start traveling again! Sally especially loves walking with people as they walk with Jesus. Sally is married to Daniel and they live in Shoreline.
