Raising Hope in Uncertain Times

The Covenant Men’s Retreat will be modified for 2021 with in person and on-line attendance opportunities.  Covenant Men and families are encouraged to register for the regularly scheduled “Family Getaway” at Cascades Camp and Conference Center March 5-7, 2021.  Alternatively, those who would like to attend virtually need only reply to this email to register and receive materials and invites to the virtual messages and ZOOM breakout sessions.

This will be an informal Covenant Men-Work Weekend.  We are planning on opportunities for spiritual growth, on-line and in-person, recreational activities and working with camp to line up projects to help with camp grounds maintenance, such as trail clearing.

12:00pm – Golf @ Tahoma Valley Golf Course – contact Jim Milton

4:00 – 9:00pm – arrival, camp check-in

5:00 – 6:30pm – Dinner

7:30pm – Zoom video broadcast #1

8:15pm – Zoom gathering & discussion

Saturday

8:00am – Breakfast

12:00pm – Lunch

1:00pm – Optional Work party (1pm-5pm)

5:30pm – Dinner

7:00pm – S’mores (Liberty Ridge Center)

7:30pm – Zoom video broadcast #2 (outdoor viewing via projector, weather permitting)

8:15pm – Zoom gathering & discussion

Sunday

9:30am – Brunch

10:00am – Join your own Church for Zoom based service or gather for informal time of prayer. 

We are currently investigating bandwidth issues as it relates to providing online gatherings and virtual attendance.
