It has been said that “Leadership Dynamics Predict Outcomes”[1]. The Pacific Southwest (PSWC) and Pacific Northwest (PacNWC) Conferences have developed an intensive one-day training for Church-Chairs, Vice-Chairs, and those who are expected to take on one of these responsibilities in the near future. The training is intended to provide a strong foundation for Lay Leaders who fulfill one of these key roles on their Leadership Team[2]. The training begins at 8:30am on a Saturday and concludes by 5pm.
