Workshop 1:

Cultivating Missional Humility

April 24th | 1:30 PM | Columbia Grove Covenant Church

In a world that grows increasingly fractured and conflicted, we will explore the importance of cultivating missional humility and interdependence with the global body of Christ. Missional humility teaches us to listen, learn, and be mutually transformed. Through global perspectives and shared reflection, we will consider how humility shapes faithful partnership and deepens discipleship, as we seek to be Christ’s witness in the world.

Facilitated by Rev. Grace Shim | Executive Minister, Serve Globally

Grace Shim is the Executive Minister of Serve Globally, the global mission arm of the Evangelical Covenant Church. She is an ordained pastor and licensed clinical professional counselor and former Executive Director of Cornerstone Counseling in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Grace, her husband, and family served as missionaries for 20 years in Kyrgyzstan and Thailand in mental health and medical care. They have three wonderful adult children and a son-in-law, love to travel and explore new cultures, and enjoy meaningful conversation over coffee with friends.

Workshop 2:

Elephants, Cows, and Spectacles

April 24th | 3:30 PM | Columbia Grove Covenant Church

What is preventing your church from making changes that will help it to grow and flourish? Elephants, Cows, and Spectacles is a workshop designed for you to identify barriers and then address them in an effective, but Christ-like way. It is interactive and thought-provoking!
