Invitation
Mission Friends,
You are warmly invited to the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Pacific Northwest Conference Ministerial Association. This gathering is a chance to reconnect with colleagues, tend our shared calling, and engage the life and work of the MA together. Our Continuing Education theme this year is: Mission Reimagined: How Changes in Global Mission Are Reshaping the Church. We’re excited to welcome Rev. Grace Shim, Executive Minister of Serve Globally, as our Continuing Education facilitator.
This gathering is about more than required meetings. It’s about worship, learning, discernment, and being reminded that we don’t do this work alone. We hope you’ll make plans to join us. Your presence matters, and the table is better when you’re there.

Note on Good Standing
Please be reminded that a part of our commitment to life together as Credential Ministers is for us to maintain good standing in the Ministerium. (For more information on standing, visit the ECC Clergy Website)
Maintaining Good Standing in the Ministerial Association includes four components:
First, pay annual dues through the Regional Conference in which you serve. Dues are currently $155. You can pay your dues here.
Second, completing a professional Minister’s Profile Form and keeping it updated every three years. This form is completed through CovConnect. Login credentials are required; if you need assistance, contact ministry@covchurch.org.
Third, completing a Vocational Growth Tool (VGT) each year. The VGT is located under the Resources tab within CovConnect.
Fourth, maintaining regular and healthy connections with ECC Ministerial colleagues. This may include attending Midwinter, Ministerium Annual Meetings, Conference Ministerial Association meetings and retreats, regional cohorts or mentoring groups, continuing education opportunities, or other intentional collegial relationships.
