With almost 25 years of church planting and turnaround experience, Peter is a Lead Pastor, a licensed executive coach, and a doctoral candidate in psychology. As a student and practitioner, Peter serves our conference alongside a devoted staff team and caring church planting coaches. He is married to Susie with 4 daughters and lives in the Seattle area. His life is full of relationships, hobbies, and lots of adventure!
